Registering your Hopkins Student Group & Updating your Primary Contact
Step 1 Go to https://johnshopkins.collegiatelink.net/ and log-In to your account. You will need your JHED ID and password.
Step 2 All of the groups which you are associated with will be listed on the left-hand side of the main page. Choose which group you would like to update by clicking on it. These are your groups Don’t forget, you can always easily get back to your student group by selecting the icon at the top.
Step 3 Once you are at your desired group page, you will be able to see if your group is registered or not. You must be logged in to see this. Example of an unregistered group. Example of a registered group.
Step 4 A If you are currently the Primary Contact and wish to continue to be the Primary Contact, proceed though the registration process. If not, please go to your roster/manage roster and “change” Primary Contact.
Step 5 Once the Primary Contact is in place he/she may continue with registering the student group by going back to the main group page (see step 3) and clicking the register icon… If you have changed Primaries, please let the new Primary know that they need to register or their group will be in danger of becoming inactive.
Step 6 The group registration is then sent to the Office of Student Activities where it will be reviewed and approved or denied. If the group is denied for any reason the Primary will be contacted.
