  7. Social media is the social interaction among people in which they create, share or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks.

Additionally, users may join common-interest user groups, organized by workplace, school or college, or other characteristics,

Users save and share pins from multiple resources onto boards based on a plethora of criteria, e.g., similar characteristics, a theme, birthday parties, planning a vacation, writing a book, interior decorating, holidays
