  1. Strengthening Integrity & Accountability Program (SIAP II)

What is SIAP II Program A program funded by USAID (United States Agency for International Development) for enhancing capacity higher education institution to mainstreaming integrity education through: • Capacity Building of the lecturers on delivering integrity curriculum; • Research Fellowship on government integrity; • Developing teaching materials and resources (curriculums, modules, and books) to mainstream integrity education.

  3. SIAP II Areas There are 5 (five) areas which are covered under SIAP Program: • Banda Aceh • Tanah Karo (Medan-North Sumatera) • Pontianak (West Kalimantan) • Klaten (Central Java) • Kupang (NTT) Note: Other areas outside these 5 regions CAN NOT be funded by SIAP II Program.

How to Participate in SIAP Programme • SIAP II invites participation from all the universities in these 5 (five) regions to be our partner in mainstreaming integrity education. • Process for participation: • Proposal submission process (proposal must include background, objectives, detail activity, timeline, and budget) • Selection process • Proposal adjustment process based on Tiri’s inputs if needed • Signing Grant Letter • Disbursement of Fund • The details of budget and activities can be found in the next slide.

  5. Developing Teaching Materials on Public Service, Government Budget, & Integrity Report • Activity: Workshops, Training of Trainers (ToT), or Integrity Thematic Field Study (preferred) • Output: • Curriculum/ Module • Teaching Materials • Narrative and Financial Reports • Budget range: IDR 30-40 million/activity. • Number of Activities: 2-3 activities

  6. Upgrading & Maintenance Online course development and mailing list (Public Service, Government Budget, Ethics, etc) • Activity: Online Course (Website) • Output: • Online Course/ Teaching Materials • Website • Narrative & Financial Reports • Budget range: IDR 20-40 million/activity. • Number of Activities: 1-2 activities

  7. Integrity Leadership Lecturer exchange in teaching ethics • Activity: Lecture Exchange to other universities • Output: • Teaching Materials • Narrative and Financial Reports • Budget: IDR 7-15 million/per activity. • Number of Activities: 1-2 activities

  8. Research fellowship on integrity • Activity: Research using case studies • Output: • Research Report • Narrative and Financial Reports • Budget: IDR 20-50 million/activity. • Number of Activities: 2-3 researches
