Arrival Guidelines • Booth Duty / Product Display • Arrive at the hotel no earlier than Saturday, September 24 • Booth reviews from 8:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday • Customer Product Display begins at 5:00pm, Saturday • You must be ready and at booth by 4:30pm, Saturday • Rep Workshop Presenters • Arrive at the hotel no earlier than Sunday, September 25 • Opening session begins at 3:30pm, Sunday • Workshops begin 9:00am, Monday • Departures • Sales Meeting ends 12:00pm on Tuesday, September 27 • Book a flight departing anytime after 3:00pm

  20. Transportation • Your responsibility • Use normal process in Cliqbooks for flight arrangements • Taxis are an approximate cost of $35.00 each way • There are no hotel shuttles
