  3. 807 PDAs (target is 560) involved in peace and development advocacy, community organizing, planning, resource generation and mobilization and implementation. OUTCOME AREA 1: PDC Strengthening Component Goal Progress towards result Empower communities to promote sustainable human development 158 barangay, 26 municipal/ cities, 10 provincial and 2 regional adopting the PDC concept as indicated in the inclusion of the element of peace in community development especially in post-conflict areas.
