PRINCIPALES NOVEDADES • Las gasolineras para las que un operador envíe precios podrán declarar trimestralmente que sus precios coinciden con los del operador, y no tendrán que hacer el envío semanal. • Deberán proporcionarse los horarios de las gasolineras, así como sus modificaciones. • Más detalles en la pregunta frecuente nº 49(http://www.mityc.es/RISP/RISP/faq/faq49.htm)

DECLARACIONES DE COINCIDENCIA (1 de 5) • Sólo las pueden hacer las instalaciones individuales, con su usuario y contraseña, para las que el operador envíe precios. • Sólo pueden hacerse entrando en la correspondiente página de Internet. • Son totalmente voluntarias. • Duran tres meses, salvo que pase algo. • Son frágiles. • El Ministerio avisa de su cancelación anticipada y de su vencimiento normal.

DECLARACIONES DE COINCIDENCIA (4 de 5)FRAGILIDAD • LAS DECLARACIONES SE CANCELAN SI: • Se mete un precio por formulario. • Se manda un precio por mensaje de móvil. • El representante manda algún precio. • El operador deja de mandar precios para esa instalación. • Finaliza su plazo de vigencia no incidental (3 meses).

DECLARACIONES DE COINCIDENCIA (5 de 5)DEFENSA CONTRA SU FRAGILIDAD • SE AVISA DE TODAS LAS INCIDENCIAS EN LAS DECLARACIONES (precio por formulario, precio por mensaje de móvil, precio por representante, operador deja de mandar) • SE AVISA DIEZ DÍAS ANTES DELVENCIMIENTO NO INCIDENTAL. • SE AVISA AL FAX O AL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO DE LOS DATOS CENSALES. • FUNDAMENTAL: QUE ESE CORREO FUNCIONE (mirarlo al menos una vez a la semana, no dejar que se llene) O QUE ESE FAX FUNCIONE (tinta, papel, conectado).

HORARIOS PARA OPERADORES Y REPRESENTANTES (3 de 4)CONFECCIÓN DEL ARCHIVO DE HORARIOS • Se descargan los datos censales. • Se copian las columnas CodigoOperador, Num_Reg y Margen. • Se pegan en la plantilla ITGH.xls que se ha descargado de Fichero.zip en http://www.mityc.es/RISP/RISP/EnvioInformacion/ • Se rellenan los campos de horarios. • Finalmente, se renombra el fichero.
