傳輸層. 傳輸層 （ Transport Layer ）是 OSI 中最重要 , 最關鍵的一層 , 是唯一負責總體的資料傳輸和資料控制的一層。傳輸層提供端到端的交換資料的機制，檢查封包編號與次序。傳輸層對其上三層如會話層等，提供可靠的傳輸服務 , 對網路層提供可靠的目的地站點資訊。 主要功能 : 為端到端連線提供傳輸服務 . 這種傳輸服務分為可靠和不可靠的 , 其中 TCP 是典型的可靠傳輸 , 而 UDP 則是不可靠傳輸。 為端到端連線提供流量控制差錯控制服務質量 (Quality of Service,QoS ) 等管理服務。具有傳輸層功能的協議 TCP UDP
