As we look at our instructional practice, we believe that… CULTURAL CONDITIONS: Speaks to the Culture in CESD: • Our work is guided by quality research and data • We grown and develop as teachers through learning communities • We believe in the importance of literacy and numeracy. It is a part of all that we do. • We believe in a culture of inclusion. Students are integrated into our classrooms where appropriate for the child. • We believe that technology is not a driver of instruction but embedded where appropriate
