Touch Screen Overview This is the Main (Home) page of` a Touch Screen Remote Control LCD Projector controls: Power On Power Off Image auto align Blank projected image Volume controls: Volume up Volume down Volume mute By pressing any of these buttons you will connect the chosen device to the LCD projector. Pressing VCR or DVD will also display the control screen for that device: *Four purple buttons around the touch screen do nothing

  6. Keyboard Tray To open it – push it. Pull the keyboard tray out completely.

  8. Loading your Presentation You can load your presentation in one of four different ways: • From CD or DVD* disks • From floppy disk • From USB device • From internet C A C B * Not all computers can play DVD

  9. Connecting Your Laptop When the Cable Box is opened you can see four different cables you can connect to the laptop: • Power outlet • Network cable • Audio cable • VGA cable A D C B

  14. Rita Ann Rollins Room touch screen remote control (main menu) By pressing any of these buttons you will power on the system, lower the screen and connect the chosen device to the LCD projector. To shutdown all equipment, push this button Pressing VCR or DVD will also display the controls for that device in this area To put Projector in standby mode or wake it up use this button To adjust lights press this button Volume controls These buttons will pull wall screen UP or DOWN Volume indicator

  15. Rita Ann Rollins Room touch screen remote control (lights menu) From this Menu you can chose different lighting settings. Scene A is brightest and Scene D is darkest. Also you can turn ALL lights ON or OFF. This button will return you to Main Menu Wall screen can be operated from this Menu as well.

  17. Rita Ann Rollins Room - Computers When PC button is highlighted, you can use podium computer or connect personal laptop to the system Click here to see how to connect laptop You may need to select your source by pressing LAP button for laptop or DESK button for podium computer.

Alperin AuditoriumPodium Touch Screen Remote Control Podium Microphone (to use lapel or handheld microphones call 7-5817) Podium Monitor shows the same image as on the big screen, except when slide projector is in use Video Overhead Camera Podium Computer Video box – please, do not touch it In most cases AV personnel are required to access equipment not present on the podium, such as DVD, VCR, Slide projector, and other microphones.

  19. Alperin AuditoriumSystem power • Touch screen to activate. • Touch SYSTEM POWER button. • Make sure the power is on (ON button is highlighted). • Touch it if it is not. • Touch SYSTEM POWER button once again to check if power is on. • Touch ON button to return to the Main screen.

  20. Alperin Auditorium - TV and Computer You can use this equipment without assistance. Television Computer You can enter Emory Cable TV two digit channel number or switch channels by using UP and DOWN buttons To use a computer - touch the FLOOR BOXES button and then touch the COMPUTER LEFT button. * To use your own laptop - call for assistance.

  21. Alperin Auditorium - Other equipment You have to call for assistance to use this equipment.* Audio tape player Video Cassette Recorder Slide projector DVD player * All equipment located behind auditorium back door.
