  1. [Fellowship of Justice] Guild Goals

  2. Mission Statement • Fellowship of Justice is a guild of people who love to play Everquest and have fun at it. We hope to grow to the proportions to be able to raid more often. We love to help out guildies and non-guildmates. And we are aspiring to raid to high-end content, slowly working our way up the ladder.

  3. The Team • Bukol Belligerent and Aalaien Farmsalot Are the co-leaders at the time. The officers are made up of: Karmah, Lildaani, Luma, Hodhealer, Grymmauch, Anguus, Dragonis, Gaeaorn, Lillawean, Strongbadder, and Xiavious. • Several of these people have either led other guilds or raids. Others have wisdom that cannot be overlooked.

  4. Guild Summary • Fellowship of Justice: past, present, & future: • One of the Innoruuk’s server oldest guilds has gone through many changes over the years. The Fellowship has always had potential for growth and it is my hope to tap into that potential and expand it.

  5. Opportunities • Problems and opportunities: • Lack of active leadership lead to a downward spiral of members leaving and that lead to less activity in guild. Over time, two factions grew and one of the factions broke off completely forming itself as a loose entity completely separated from the Fellowship. The Fellowship has now the opportunity and potential to grow again and become much stronger than ever.

  6. Guild Concept • We base our rules and system of existance among the seven pillars of Justice. Compassion, Gratitude, Honor, Justice, Loyalty, Respect, and Truth.

  7. Competition • Our competition is fierce and quite diverse. Too many to single anyone out. • Our guild’s competitive advantage is the willingness of our members to help each other out and the Loyalty we have in each other.

  8. Goals & Objectives • One-year goals • To become a family-raiding guild to be reckoned with. • To become an elemental guild within a year or two. • To help everyone we can achieve their goals as much as we can.

  9. Resource Requirements • There is no level or AA requirements. • You can have as many alternate characters in the guild, as you wish. • Resource requirements • Distribution of resources will be on a Need Before Greed basis and usability basis. Promotion will be given depending on merit. • External requirements • Alliances are welcomed with any who wish to ally with us.

  10. Risks & Rewards • Risks • Strife, Avarice, Distinct factions within guild. • Addressing risk • By educating members of the dangers of the risks and the need to understand and follow the Seven Pillars of Justice. • Rewards • To have fun with guildmates and friends in a fun environment and raid occasionally.

  11. Key Issues • Near term • Need to promote recruitment to the guild and also activity within guild. i.e., raids, guild groups, etc. • Long term • Avarice, Disrespect, Ingratitude, Malice • Consequence of postponing decisions will lead to internal strife.
