  5. Distribution & Strategy • Free shipping – the shipping will be “in the price” of the clothes. Original price 300 + 60 shipping price. Customers don´t know that the shipping price is in the clothes price. Customers see that it cost 360. • Cashback – if the customer is not happy with their product he/she can send the clothing back and get 50% of the money they paid in return. If the product is broken the customer gets full cashback.

  7. Key Activities • The customer creates his own clothes with its own mesurements. He/she is able to choose the color, the patterns, the texture and the shape of his/her clothes. When it’s done, he/she takes the command. • The clothes will be assembled in a factory in Asia then sent in centrals dispatched in Europe, then redistibuted to the customer at his/her place.
