  4. My Dad’s Parents Elanore and Eugene were both born in Michigan They now live in Davisburg, MI

  5. My Dad’s Dad’s Parents Eugene came to American from Lebanon in hopes of a better life. He died in 1995. Barbara (Hewitt) Acey came from Liverpool, England.

  6. My Dad’s Mom’s Parents Sylvia (Dallas) Novachoff and Jack Novachoff both came to the United States from Macedonia. We don’t know when they came, but presumably they came for a better life.

  7. My Mom’s Mom (Erika) Erika Greenberger immigrated from Czechoslovakia. She was born in Kosice, CZ. She lived in Israel, then Italy, then Paraguay (in South America) She came to the USA in 1957 and went to Florida because she had an uncle there. She said she came because, “We always wanted to come to the USA. It represented a land of freedom and opportunity.” She married Ted Schneider (Alicia’s dad) and after divorce, she married Robert Singer.

  8. My Mom’s Mom’s Parents Anna (died in 2009) and Alex Greenberger (Erika’s parents) were Holocaust survivors. They were also immigrants like their daughter.

  9. My Mom’s Dad’s Parents Sam Schneider came from Russia or Poland. His mom (Tillie) came from Russia. Sam’s dad (Max) came from Russia or Poland. Helen (Sacks) Schneider came from Russia. Her parents (Clara and Morris) came from Lithuania.
