It is considered to be quite flourishing due to its high levels of antioxidants and beneficial nutrients. Going back in time, it is clear that coffee is more than just a beverage. It is and has always been a form of social interaction. Missionaries, travelers, traders, colonists, and others continued to transport coffee seeds to newly discovered lands, planting coffee trees worldwide. New nations arose as a result of the coffee economy. Coffee cafe had become one of the world's most popular and profitable export crops by the end of the 18th century. Coffee is very important in our lives, and it can be said that it is almost inseparable from our daily lives. Coffee with work, coffee with friends, coffee with snacks, coffee on the go! The invention of espresso and the machine-made Italy's favorite beverage. In Greece, there is an old-fashioned coffee shop called "kafenio," where old gentlemen drink Greek coffee while exchanging political ideas, playing cards, or playing board games. Coffee beans are the pit of a berry, making them a fruit. They develop in a bush. Beans are classified into two types: green and red. Red beans are less acidic and smell better. They are expected to make lighter coffees. Coffee beans become healthier the longer they are roasted. Arabica and Robusta are the two types of coffee. Arabic and coffee were first cultivated in the Arabian Peninsula, hence, the name. Robusta coffee is more like a tough plant but contains twice as much caffeine. Coffee contains a complex blend of different flavors, resulting in a wide range of sensory experiences. Sensory experts describe flavor profiles and specific aromas to differentiate different types of coffees and roasts. Coffee aroma descriptions include nutty, smoky, flowery, and herbaceous, while taste descriptions include activity, bitterness, sweetness, sourness, and saltiness. Coffee is the world's most popular beverage for its unique flavor and role in our lives and its beneficial nutrients and immune-boosting properties.
