  2. COMISIA EUROPEANĂ E reprezentată de 28 de persoane (comisari) desemnatede guvernulfiecărei țări membre; Propune noi legipentru toate statele UE; Aplică politicile UE; Administrează bugetul; Reprezintă Uniunea în lume.

  3. REPREZENTANȚA COMISIEI EUROPENE ÎN ROMÂNIA • Funcționează ca un oficiu local al CE; • În fiecare stat membru există o reprezentanță; • Permite fluxul de informații dintre Comisia Europeană și cetățenii statelor membre; • Biroul RCE este în București.
