  1. 4 Ways to Minimize Internal Application Errors (IAEs) 1 2 REBOOTCWSat the start of each shift (CTRL-ALT-DEL & Restart) REFRESH after a pause in charting to re-establish network connection More frequent Reboots will NOT help UNLESS you have an IAE (see below) 3 Save Q 5 min. during long charting sessions Use CHART NEWbutton instead of Confirm for intermittent saves. It will save and put you back where you left off. May need to Show All to see complete categories after using Chart New button. 4 If you have an Internal Application Error (IAE) despite these precautions,REBOOT the CWS. You do NOT need to call the Help Desk to report unless the error recurs after the reboot. Exception: if you get this error, you must call & report so we can fix –
