Johnson Controls Blue Sky Involve: Empowering Employees Through Community Engagement

Johnson Controls’ Blue Sky Involve program is an employee-driven initiative that supports volunteer efforts aligned with environmental sustainability and leadership development. The program funds $1,000 per global location to empower teams to partner with local organizations, requiring a minimum of three employee volunteers. In its initial years, Blue Sky Involve mobilized over 7,300 employees, contributing 75,000 volunteer hours and donating $300,000. The 2008 goal aims for 500 locations and 10,000 employees to enhance community involvement. Join us in making a difference!
