  1. 酒名：2005 Chateau Villa Bel-Air 法國貝爾莊園紅酒 酒廠： Jean Michel Cazes Domaines 產區： Graves 法國波爾多 品種： 50% Merlot、40% Cabernet Sauvignon、 10 %Cabernet Franc  貨號： 02B30305 Cazes家族，根源於波爾多Medoc區，數代相傳經營葡萄酒與美食事業。Jean Michel Cazes先生在1973年，開始接手經營家族事業，旗下擁有許多波爾多知名的莊園:Château Lynch-Bages(五級酒莊)、Château Ormes de Pez、Château Villa Bel-Air、Châteaux Cordeillan-Bages。最近也跨足法國南部Languedoc區，成立了L‘Ostal Cazes酒莊。 Chateau Villa Bel-Air，座落在波爾多南邊的格拉夫Graves產區裡，18世紀時曾是波爾多議會的議員Louis Dufaure的宅邸，1988年Jeam-MichelCazes與他的家族買下了這莊園，重新整頓葡萄園並設置了先進的釀酒設備。50公頃的葡萄園到處散佈加隆河(Garonne)的礫石，覆蓋在部分含鐵的黏土石灰岩底層土壤上；地勢較平緩的溫暖台地上種植了卡本內蘇維翁，梅洛及其它白品種白蘇維翁、榭密庸種植在能夠提供較多新鮮度的坡地上。隱蔽在一片松樹林的莊園成為絕佳的葡萄種植環境，能夠讓果樹避免受到不良氣候的影響，而鄰近加隆河正好緩和了過多的熱氣與濕氣，因而能種植出成熟良好的果實；生產了一款白與一款紅酒，都是典型的波爾多佳釀。 Tasting notes : 用來釀製這款紅酒的葡萄樹齡平均為18年，採收經過篩選後進入溫控的不鏽鋼槽中浸皮發酵約20天，還會進入新橡木中熟成一年，採收後第二年的春天才會裝瓶。深紅寶石色；李子、黑醋栗般的成熟果香，還有紫羅蘭以及明顯的菸草氣息。入口酒體飽滿，果味芬芳，單寧細緻柔順，有甘草的餘韻。 Awards : Wine Spectator 88分 www.evergreet.com.tw
