  9. Liabilities and Insurance Every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the security and safety of the exhibition and adjacent areas. However, the Organiser will not accept liability to Exhibitors and their employees in respect of any direct or indirect damages, loss of, or damages to any exhibits, including risk of fire. Exhibitors are advised to insure their exhibits. Property or articles of any kind against all risks and have third party insurance taken out to cover their representatives or agents on duty. All Exhibitors shall insure against indemnity and hold ESD Association/EVERFEED TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD harmless in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expenses to which they may be subjected as a result of any loss or injury arising to any person (including members of the public, ESD Association/EVERFEED TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD’s staff, agents or contractors), or property howsoever caused as a result of any act or default of the exhibitor, his servants, agents or contractors or invitees. All exhibits shall be placed at the Exhibitor’s own risk. ESD Association/EVERFEED TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD shall not be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss of exhibits. ESD Association/EVERFEED TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD shall not in any event be held responsible for any restriction or condition which prevents the construction, erection, completion, alternation or dismantling of stands, or for the entry, or removal of exhibits, or for failure of any services or amenities provided by the hall landlord for the cancellation or part time opening of the exhibition either as a whole or in part, or for amendments or alternations to all or any of the rules and regulations caused by circumstances not under their control. Exhibitors must ensure that their temporary staff and the staff of their servants or agents are insured against claims for workman’s compensation. EOS/ESD Symposium Factory Issues in October 2013

Rules and Regulations • Booth Fitting Regulation • All materials (e.g. posters, adhesive tape/double-sided tapes, brochures, boxes, mineral water) must be removed from the booth at the end of the exhibition. Failure to remove everything from the panels, counters or booth space will be subjected to additional charges for the removal. • Fire Regulations / Covered Ceilings • All materials used in the stand construction must be properly fireproofed in accordance with local regulations • Removal of Rubbish • During the build-up and teardown periods, exhibitors and their contractors will be responsible for removal of debris. Failure to do so will result in the exhibitors being liable for the service fees involved in removing the debris. • All exhibitors need to teardown partition and remove all equipment and exhibition things by 31th October 2013 before 7pm. • Set up time • Please follow the set up time stipulated by Traders Hotel between 12pm to 5pm.
