The Crown Estate – Round 3 • Offshore Wind is key to the Government’s targets for renewable energy generation • The Crown Estate announced 9 sites for development in 2008. • Eneco was awarded Zone 7 in January 2010. • 32 GW have been identified from Offshore Wind by 2020. • If realised, would meet 25% of UK demand 3

  4. Project Development Area Overview Site chosen after a zone appraisal and planning (ZAP) process in accordance with guidance from The Crown Estate – constraints mapping 76 square miles At least 900MW, up to 1200MW Average water depths 30-50m
