Get started with Office 365 for business If your organization has recently bought online Microsoft Office 365, you need to use Office 365 so you can start reading email, sharing documents, and more. Learn how to set up and use Office 365 on your computer, phone, and tablet. Training resources for the users: There are many training resource for new user. That helps you to operate online MS office 365. Employee quick start for Office 365: •In the beginning go to office. Com and click on sign in. •Then type email of office 365 and password and click on sign in. •Next click on “install office 2016”, choose save than run. •Open Outlook 2016 on your computer. •In the Tell me field, type account then Add Account. •Type your name, email, and password then Next Save documents to OneDrive from the Save As menu. Office Training Center: There are seven training center like office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and One note. These all have their separate training center. Where to sign in to Office 365: sign in at ”www.office.com“. Learn your way around Office 365:In this step you learn “what is office”, “about mail, how do I get around in office 365 and also "how get Office apps for business” Install Office on your PC or Mac: The following steps and instructions given for installing Office in a different language, and installing the 64-bit version of Office on a PC. (Office 2016 for Mac only installs a 64-bit version).
