Our Backgrounds • Sandy Glumb • Holds a Child Development Associate; nationally recognized as specializing in the care of children ages birth to 6 years • 12 years experience as Preschool Teacher in a religious setting (Our Hope Lutheran and Huntertown United Methodist Church) • Amy Barcelona • BS in Rehabilitation, Counseling and Educational Services • Prevention Specialist for 4 years for Operation PRIDE where she set up preschool programs with Kiwanis over three different counties • Preschool teacher at Huntertown United Methodist Church for 7 years • Co-Owners of Creative Treasures LLC since 2011

Our Goals • Provide the highest-quality early childhood education possible • Follow NAEYC guidelines • Curriculum, class size, etc. • Only the best teachers on our team • All teachers with CDAs and/or degrees • Provide a Christ-centered learning environment, in partnership with a church • Chapel time, Bible Lessons and prayer in the classroom

Our Company History • Incorporated in 2011 • For the last 2 years, we’ve been partnered with Crossbridge Community Church on Hursh Road • 1 classroom, 2 teachers (Sandy and Amy), 1 aide • 34 total children (3’s, 4-5’s, and Pre-K) • Several special needs children • Starting in January 2013, we’ve moved to our new location, partnered with Christ’s Hope Ministries and Church on Carroll Road • This will allow us to expand to up to 3 classrooms and additional teachers
