Board of Directors Functionality • Serve a 3 year term • Meet 4-6 times a year. • 3 meetings are outside of conferences. • 1 strategic planning summer retreat. • Standing committees: Technology, Fundraising, Membership, Governance. • Committees meet outside of meeting times and provide reports and recommendations during meetings.

  17. Minnesota Collegiate DECAAdvisory Board • Comprised of 6-8 business professionals. (1 serves on BOD) • Focus: • Facilitate business connections to assist in raising funds and recruiting volunteers • Maintain currency with industry trends
