BASIC REPAIR ACTIVITIES • VENTILATION OF HOSPITAL ROOMS AND CLINICS • INSTALLATION OF WELDING LAMPS, SENSORS AND REPAIR OF ELECTRIC CABINETS • REPLACEMENT OF RADIATORS • INSTALLATION OF THERMOSTATIC VALVES AND HYDRAULIC BALANCING OF THE HEATING SYSTEM • TOTAL REPAIR OF THREE HEATING STATIONS • INSTALLATION OF THE SOLAR HEATING SYSTEM FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SANITARY HEATING WATER • INSTALLATION OF THE CCS (CENTRAL CONTROL SYSTEM)

ABOUT TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL SLOVENIA • Ministry of Health and Transparency International Slovenia - Transparency International Slovenia signed an Integrity Pact on November 24, 2016, pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement of October 29, 2015, which they pledged to consistently ensure at all stages of the procurement process complied with the provisions of the law governing public procurement and other sectoral laws and legislation in the field of integrity assurance, and will consistently strive for transparent and ethical action in accordance with generally valid moral values. • On 11 October 2017, Trbovlje General Hospital signed a Form for Accession to theIntegrity Pact, stating that it agreed to accede to the Integrity Pactand to the rights enshrined in the Integrity Pactand committed itself to diligently fulfilling the obligations arising from theIntegrity Pact. • Transparency International Slovenia - The Integrity Society acts as an independent monitorin the project. • Cooperation between the public administration (Ministry of Health, Slovenia) and civil society Solid cooperation between Ministry of Health and Transparency International Slovenia TI Slovenia IP team with external experts has been a great addition to the project, providing independent monitoring in all phases of the tender (legal, analytical, technical skills) . Active cooperation with other stakeholders of the project in Trbovlje. • All the initiatives of the RS Integrity Pactserve as an example of good practice I feel the cooperation between Ministry of Health and Transparency International Slovenia has so far been very good. In two words I would describe it as strong and substantial. I am saying this as an project leader with 42 years of working experience. The work of the Transparency International Slovenia Integrity Pacts team with their external experts was in my opinion excellent in all the tender phases and as independent monitors they were a great addition to the project in analytical, technical and legal sense. They have checked every document, asked meaningful questions and provided us at the MinIstrywith useful recommendations. Through diligent weekly field monitoring they have also engaged with other stakeholders of the project with good results. They provided the hospital staff with the whistle-blower hotline and are still working with the hospital management to monitor the effects and savings of the energy renovation. They have also engaged with the local stakeholders with meetings at the start of the project and I would say they had good response from the local community in Trbovlje.
