  2. Transportation Planning Rotation Program Requirements Must have completed probation Must be a Transportation Planning Academy grad. Internal Rotations Timeframe 10 calendar day lead for VPOS advertisement, and email notice to PDLs, District Deputy Directors for Planning/HQ Modal Division Chiefs for Planning and Local Assistance. External Rotations Timeframe Additional 30- day lead for processing the Interjurisdictional Exchange Agr. (G.C. 19050.8 and CCR, Title 2, Section 427)
