  20. NT canon: informal selection criteria • Use in public worship & teaching. • Orthodoxy = agreement with the apostolic tradition and rule of faith. • Apostolicity = attributed to apostles or ‘apostolic men’. • Antiquity =belong to the ‘apostolic age’.
