  1. Nigerian Housing By Sarai Ramirez

  2. How are some of the small houses? • The bedrooms end up being to small to allow free movement, the living room is usually small that you can hardly entertain visitors, the kitchen can be so small that hardly two people can sit side by side. (www.lagos-nigeria-real-estate-advisor.com)

  3. Are there still huts or is it fixed with buildings? People can have a luxurious home depending on their money issues. Building a luxurious apartment or mansion is everyone’s fantasy. But if people don’t have financial capability might as well having an option to get a small house. (www.lagos-nigeria-real-estate-advisor.com)

  4. How are some houses made? • Many Ijo homes are built on stilts over creeks and swaps, with travel between them done by boat. Some of the houses are made of wood and bamboo.

  5. Igbo Houses • Igbo houses tend to be made of a bamboo frame held together with vines and mud and covered with banana leaves. They often blend into the surrounding forest and can be easily missed.

  6. Much of the architecture in the north is influenced by Muslim culture. Homes are typically mud-walled structures often with Muslim markings and decorations. (www.everyculture.com)

  7. To me many people deal with the same situation between housing. Many people cant buy the homes they want because of money issues and buy a home they can afford. People stay with that home & decorate it with their customs and get used to being there.
