  8. Bi-Annual Meetings ■ Re-define organizational bylaws, policy, and procedures ■ Consider new members ■ Select categories to seek bid responses from national vendors

  9. Task Groups ▪ Work on policy development ▪ Market and promote organization and contracts ▪ Monitor sales reports and progress with each member ▪ Communicate requirements to develop specifications

  10. Solicitation Process ▪ Advertise the solicitation state wide ▪ Conduct pre-bid conferences, and ▪ Refine terms and conditions

  11. Bid Opening • Bid responses are collected at the Wilson Education Center located in Charlestown IN • Determine that each bid is responsive, responsible, and in compliance with all the requirements of the bid.

  12. Award Process • Task group review all bid responses for each requirement • Make award recommendation to the organization’s member
