  5. Strengths The overall school is approaching when looking at academic achievement. The overall school is meeting when looking at the schools academic growth. The overall school is approaching when looking at closing the growth gaps with in the school The school reached the 95% participation rate at a 99.7%. Challenges Students with disabilities has declined from approaching to does not meet in math Students with disabilities has declined from approaching to does not meet in writing.   7. Strengths Have a leadership team in place in each grade level to handle minor incidents in house. Challenges The overwhelming amount of office referrals. Getting teachers to understand some issues do not require an office referral. Two teachers in the school that have some classroom management issues.   9. Strengths Most parents are willing to schedule and attend students SLC conferences with teachers. Challenges Parents unwilling to spend time in child’s classroom.   12. Strengths Many of the house teams work very well together. Some teams in the building are willing to work well the help one another grow professionally. Parents are satisfied with the work our administrator is doing. Challenges The few individuals that are having a negative impact on the culture in our building.   14. Strengths Site based school control over entire school budget. Able to move funds around within the budget. Even with recent cuts able to implement new programs to improve student achievement. Challenges No pay increases for three years. Cuts in per pupil funding. Cuts happening in per pupil funding happens during the school year when you have already spent the funds.
