The Wee Read program thrives on the enthusiastic participation of children like Finley, Noble, and Kahlia. Our sessions offer a rich blend of free reading, interactive singing, and hands-on activities. Children explore diverse books with their parents, followed by musical sessions featuring instruments. Creative lesson plans, such as the mystery bag for the five senses and color exploration with play-doh, captivate young minds. With the invaluable support of mentors like Yoko, Wee Read fosters a love for learning and creativity through play, crafts, and exploration.

Wee Read By Rosemary Monzon
The first part of the Wee Read session is free reading. During this time, the children get to explore different books to read with their parent.
After free reading, we get to sing songs. Sometimes, we even get to use instruments!
The Wee Read gave us the opportunity to create and execute our very own lesson plans.
A lot of the children explored playing with play-doh for the first time!
After singing and reading, we get to play with cool toys or work on crafts!
Yoko, was the best mentor I could have asked for. She was there for us whenever we needed her and gave us an immense amount of support when we created our own lesson plans.
