Background • The Student Senate Budget for clubs comes from the student activities fee. • The Student Activities fee is split between Dean Ramsey’s Office and the Student Senate with the Senate receiving the Majority of Funding. • The Fee is meant to encourage student organized activities and help foster student leadership opportunities.
Base Budgets • Base Budgets are allotted to Student Senate recognized Clubs based on attendance to Senate meetings • Every missed meeting subtracts $10 • Base Budgets are designed for intra club activities. • This Semester’s Base Budgets for Senate clubs totals $4,650
