  6. Patient and even tempered-these teachers have SUPER powers and reach out to students

  7. Organized-always over prepared, almost psychotic!

  8. Can adjust and be flexible

  9. Content Knowledgeable and serious about material. Can challenge student’s on all levels. Passionate about subject.Two most IMPORTANT Questions: WHY? HOW ?
