Regardlessofwhichtechniquesyou use togetattendeeinput,pre-planwhatyourfollow-upandacknowledgementsystemisgoingtobe.Thefrustrationmanyofushavehadingettinggoodfeedbackonoureventsispartlyourownfault. Ifwehavenotestablishedareputationforusingattendeeinputconstructively, and ‘closingtheloop’onparticipantfeedback,thenwearelikelymissingoutonagreatsourceofinformationandopinionsthatcanimprovethequalityofourevents.
