Lock down to open in Delhi from Monday: Kejriwal Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Friday that the unlock process will be started in the capital from Monday. He told that during this time the interests of daily laborers will be given priority. The corona situation in Delhi now appears to be slowly coming under control. Daily cases have fallen below 1500 and positivity rates have also fallen below 3 percent. The Chief Minister said that the unlock process will be done in phases. Not all activities will be unlocked simultaneously. Keeping in mind the interest of daily wage laborers, only construction activities and factories will be able to reopen from Monday. A detailed guideline will be issued for this. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority chaired by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. Kejriwal said that people still need to be very restrained.
