Landfill Entrance Cost Analysis Key Considerations • CURRENT LANDFILL ENTRANCE IS IN A LIMITED ACCESS ZONE • RTE 62 ENTRANCE CROSSING YOUNG ROAD WITHOUT OVERPASSs SWACO cannot control private hauler use, they will still be likely to use Rte 665 for accesss Hauler cost for increased travel to Rte 62s There are potential operational and safety issues associated with an at grade crossing • RTE 62 ENTRANCE CROSSING YOUNG ROAD WITH OVERPASSs SWACO cannot control private hauler use, they will still be likely to use Rte 665 for accesss Hauler cost for increased travel to Rte 62 • GATEWAY SOUTH ENTRANCEs SWACO assisted Grove City in securing a $2M grant from ODOD predicated • on use by SWACO of the new 665/71 interchanges Access apron at Gateway South entrance has already been constructeds SWACO funded relocation of Haughn Road at a cost of $1.3M • SWACO ROAD ENTRANCE OFF OF YOUNG ROAD • s SWACO cannot control private hauler use, they will still be likely to use Rte 665 for accesss Hauler cost for increased travel to Rte 62
