35. THE FLORIDA SCENIC HIGHWAYS PROGRAM IS NON-REGULATORY • The only restriction is that FDOT will not issue any new billboard permits along the proposed corridor under FDOT jurisdiction.

The FBBSB Corridor Advocacy Group (CAG) and Corridor Management Entity (CME) have held open public meetings, festivals and public workshops for over two years in various locations along the corridor such as Barberville, Astor, Four Corners and Silver Springs. The CME will continue the public outreach for the byway.
