  11. iQ-Check Prep Software - User Interface • iQ-Check Prep Software v1.3: gets information from the CFX Manager IDE v2.0 and handles the protocols on the iQ-Check Prep instrument. The user is guided through the different steps to start the run : refill of consumables and reagents

Throughput Capacities / Workflow • Highest throughput configuration: • 2 x 94 samples / prep run : about 2 x 70 min • 2 hrs PCR • Process 6 plates in 8 hrs • Time duration of different protocols or steps • Complete run : 1h10 min • DNA already extracted: 30 min • 1/10 dilution: + 15 min • Lysis reagent dispensing: 8 min • PCR mix preparation and dispensing: 19 min • Cooling the Deep Well plate (DNA extract): 25 min
