What is AVIVA`S 18 EXERCISES? • A 30 minutes long “Hormonal Dance”, that was created and researched by a Hungarian woman, Aviva, in the 70ies-80ies. • Prior cause for her research was to create a method that induces menstruation. • Dancing the precise form twice a week stimulates and harmonizes the hormonal system.

How it works? • Increases the circulation of the blood and directs it to the uterus5 liter to 17 liter during practice. • Hormone level will be normalized, activates all hormonal organs. • Expands the narrow and sticky fallopian tubes and enables even the big follicles to pass. • Create a paste from clot

Infertility • (1) Hormonal disorder which is caused by a low estrogen or progesterone level and may interfere with the regular cycle. • (2) Narrow and sticky fallopian tubes which prevent the free passage of the sperms to reach the ovum, so that fertilization could take place. • (3) Tension, which prevents the follicles on the egg to develop and therefore no ovulation can occur. • (4) Disorders of the uterus, and specifically the endometrium, that prevents fertile eggs implementation
