How our team combined strengths… • Maria used her positivity in keeping the team spirit up and as achiever aimed to getting the work done. • MJ used her discipline and consistency to keep the project moving. • Bretzner got the competition and futuristic spirit up since the project started • Nick’s analytical and connectedness strength was supportive because he would think about the situation and believed in the team

  4. Leadership Summit Experience Using strengths to describe us, as well using them for cover letters. Using strengths to build our future. “Leadership is developed, not discovered” -John Maxwell. Strengths were useful for meeting new people and understand how to work efficiently.

  5. Unexpected learning… • It was easier and faster to meet new people because we knew our strengths.
