INTRODUCTION AND RECAPS • Get together in groups of 4-5 people. • Introduce each other: • Name • Company/Organization • Talks and Workshops attended • 1 highlight of the conference • After introduction discuss your highlights and write down 1-2 key insights for the group. • Use Post its • 1 Post it = 1 Insight • 1 Insight = 5-7 words

TURNING NOTES INTO INSIGHTS • Individually restructure your notes into insights.Focus on your Key Questions and Key Insights. • Use your notes to answer the following questions in your handout: • Personal/Professional • What were your top 3 personal/professional insights? • Why are those insights relevant? • What changes in your life, if you take action on those insights? • Who will you share your insights with? • When will your share your insights? • Business • What were your top 3 insights that will benefit your company/organization? Why are those insights relevant to your company/organization? • What changes in your company/organization, if you take action on those insights? • Who will you share your insights with? • When will your share your insights?

  13. TURNING NOTESINTO INSIGHTS • Turn to your colleague on the right. • Present to each other your Key Insights. • Review and improve each others Insights.

IMPLEMENTING INSIGHTS • Individually choose one personal insight • Write it down on the handout. • Write down one action you can take in the next 7 days to implement this insight in your life. • Individually choose one business insight • Write it down on the handout. • Write down one action you can take in the next 7 days to implement this insight in your company/organization.

IMPLEMENTING INSIGHTS • Turn to your colleague on the right again • Share the insight you chose and discuss the actions you will take to implement the insight personally and within your company/organization • Review and improve each others actions.
