  2. BCLCC is an official task force established by Provincial Development Committee

  3. BCLCC Objectives • To insure the preservation of the Cultural landscape of Bamyan • To insure the implementation of the Bamyan Cultural Master Plan • To Insure The preservation of the Cultural Heritage of Bamyan.

  4. Lack of Coordination among relevant Departments and NGOs on Cultural and infrastructure activities • Existence of Bamyan Cultural Master Plan • Lack of Responsibility Clarification • Deteriorating conditions of Cultural and Natural Heritage Needs for the Establishment of BCLCC
