  1. การประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาร่างแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อการติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการด้านวัณโรคของประเทศไทยวันอังคารที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2552 ณ ห้องประชุม โรงแรมแกรนด์ ทาวเวอร์อินน์เวลา 09.00-16.30 น

  2. วาระการประชุม • มอบนโยบายและทิศทางการพัฒนาระบบติดตามประเมินผลงานควบคุมวัณโรคของประเทศไทย (แผนงานวัณโรคแห่งชาติและกองทุนโลก รอบที่ 6 รอบที่ 8) • การนำเสนอความก้าวหน้า ร่างแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อการติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการด้านวัณโรคของประเทศไทย (Comprehensive M&E Plan For TB control in Thailand) • การพิจารณา ให้ความเห็นชอบ และให้ข้อเสนอแนะร่างแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อการติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการด้านวัณโรคของประเทศไทย • การพิจารณารายละเอียดเอกสารประกอบการประชุมต่าง ๆ เช่น แผนภูมิ ฯลฯ • มติที่ประชุมหรือข้อสรุปที่ได้จากการประชุมครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาระบบติดตามและประเมินผลของประเทศ เพื่อที่จะสนับสนุน NTP GF6 8

  4. - ร่าง - แผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อการติดตามและประเมินผล การดำเนินงานโครงการด้านวัณโรคของประเทศไทย(Draft of Comprehensive M&E Plan For TB control in Thailand)

  5. Why do we need the Comprehensive M&E Plan • According to Round 8’s conditions precedent to disbursement, the GF requested us to provide the M&E comprehensive plan as quoted The second disbursement (Dec 2009) of Grant funds is subject to the satisfaction of the following condition: “The delivery by the Principal Recipient to the Global Fund of a comprehensive M&E Action Plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Global Fund, that includes participation of all relevant actors”)

  6. With the change of the TB epidemic and the growing numbers of stakeholders in the TB control programme in Thailand, NTP, together with Principal Recipients of GFATM from Department of Disease Control & World Vision Foundation of Thailand and other major TB stakeholders, have joined hands in developing a Comprehensive M&E Plan for TB Control in Thailand.

The requirement of GF to set up new M&E teamsfor R6 & R8 • M&E advisory group • M&E working group GF said: We also look forward to an update on the M&E advisory group in quarter 1 by 30 Sep 2009 Prior to second disbursement of R8, the PR needs to submit the comprehensive M&E action plan by 31 Dec 2009
