Chair’s Final Report • Invite written comments – one month • Invite responses from submitters – six weeks (incl. holidays) • Comments and responses will not be published until final report is completed • Chairs will compile report without editorial comments • Submission, comments and responses • Summary of ARDG process • Submit to CPTWG on January 13th 2004

Comments on Submissions • Chairs invite comments • Comment in Excel file submitted for each proposal • Clearly identify affiliation in Cell E1 and in file name • Comments only in Column E • Must be in contiguous rows if comments extend below last row used in original submission • General comments can be made in MS Word or PDF format • Submitters will not be asked to respond to general comments • Email file with comments to ardg-cfi@list.lmicp.com • Deadline • November 24th, 2003 at 5pm Pacific Time

Response to comments • Chairs will send compiled comments to each submitter and invite responses • Responses from submitters • Respond in Excel file containing compiled comments • Comments only in Column F • Must be in contiguous rows if responses extend below last row used for comments and submission • Email file with responses to ardg-cfi@list.lmicp.com • Deadline • January 9th, 2004 at 5pm Pacific Time

Administration • Reflector sign-up • In accordance to the CPTWG policy guidelines • Sign up: • Participation at a meeting – please give Glenn St. Marie business card with e-mail address • Invitation by a participant • Next meeting • Chair’s report will be presented to the CPTWG meeting on January 13th.
