  2. TCS3 Project – Sept 2008 to Feb 2008 • TCS3 in operation since September 2008. During this time TCS1 has been completely offline. • Safety Board Issue • Hacked up current Revision C safety board to isolated component that were sensitive to electrical interference. • Producing a Revision D version of the safety board. New design improves isolation and filtering. Add previous fixes. • Schedule • Dec/Jan – Design work. TCS3 Project – Sept 2008 to Feb 2008 • Monitoring Of Amplifiers – To be completed in March • HA Absolute Position Encoder - To be returned in March • Decommissioning of TCS1 • Officially decommission on Dec 31, 2008. • Day Crew has been systematically disconnecting and removing equipment since Jan. • Flooring work can now be complete. • New furniture in storage.
