Transcript: What to Look For Double-Check These Items: • Abbreviations for the subjects that class credits are being applied to • Grade Received • Credit achieved (if class was passed). • Check to make sure that every passing grade received .500 under the credit column. • Some transcripts showed a class getting a passing grade but no credit being given, this is the type of thing the student needs to look for.
Credit Summary Box • Required column • Completed column • Deficient column. • These columns should coincide with the rest of the transcript. Count all the credit earned under each subject and compare to the completed column. • Double Check For Mistakes! Ex: If a transcript shows four Science classes being passed with credit, then in the summary box it should show 2.00 credits cmp and 0.00 def)

Credit Completion • Next 4 Columns • Start Date • Completion Date • Grade • Credit
Elective Classes • On your graduation plan, write in the elective classes you want to take to complete those credits: • These can be classes: • Taken at the high school • Elective Classes at Cook • Hours-related classes (P.E., Work Experience, Volunteer Hours, etc.)
