We are trying some various ways.

Before, the Sunday school was nearly only one means for the Youth Ministry, now we are in the period of change.

YMC(Youth Mini Community) was one of the new trials. And actually there is some actions to suppose a direction for youth ministry.

  • There is a effort to follow the vision of the 2nd Vatican Council (Youth Evangelization, Youth as subject of Peer Evangelization - Apostolicam Actuositatem article 23)

John = the passion of Youth Ministry

Peter = the authority of Church

c planning
C. Planning
  • 1. The process in vision-building, planning and implementation of programs and activities

Korean Catholic Church has not yet established a Vision of the national level. But by means of synod, each diocese has been executing programs. For this purpose, we follow the universal synodal process like gathering the opinions (participation of all the church members), setting a direction of diocesan ministry, implementation, and evaluation.

  • 2. Key players

Generally, each diocese(diocesan offices) is moving as key players.
