  8. ::2:: Eligibilty criteria ….. Contd…. • Relaxation in upper age in the case of SC/ST candidates by 5 years, OBC by 3 years and PH by 10 years. • Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen and Physically Handicapped are eligible for cumulative age relaxation

  9. The Job……. Selected candidates will be positioned in Clerical cadre as Agri Assistants and posted in rural branches within the State. Efforts will be made to post in the nearby districts of the native place of the candidates. They are required to work in rural areas atleast for 5 years.

  11. Compensation • The total salary at the time of appointment will be around Rs.1.41 -1.56 lakh per annum. The package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance Besides the above Perquisites like reimbursement of Petrol Expenses, Lunch Allowance, Newspaper Expenses, Transportation Expenses on transfer, travelling/halting allowance, LTC facility , LTC encashment,, etc as applicable

Other Facilities • Various types of Staff Loan facility namely Housing, Vehicle, etc. are available at concessional rate of interest. • Wide array of Welfare Schemes are in operation for the employee and dependent family members. • Eligible for attractive superannuation retirement benefits including Pension.

  13. Requirements The following certificates in original along with a certified copy each of the same have to be produced at the time of Campus Interview. • Academic qualification commencing from matriculation. • Proof of date of birth

  14. …..Requirements….. • Caste/ Tribe/ Community/ Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. (In case belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH category) • The Certificate should be in the prescribed format meant for Central Government Services and issued by the Competent Authority

Selection Procedure • Submission of CV in the prescribed format • Shortlisting of the Candidates by the Bank • Screening Test for shortlisted candidates by IBPS:Mumbai • Interview for the successful candidates in the Screening Test • Communication of selection by the Bank for the successful candidates in the Interview
