  6. Manifestations of Pilonidal Sinus • Acute abscess or chronic draining sinus in Sacrococcygeal area Pain Tenderness Induration

  8. Rectal prolapse • Protrusion of the rectum through the anus • Partial or complete fecal incontinence • Rectal bleeding and discharge
