In order to identify the students needs, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, professional preferences:

  • 1:1 personal meetings with the students and the Professional Development Advisor
  • Alumni Mentoring Program
  • Career coach services
  • Career tests

Fill the gaps and equip the students with a skill set that will enable them to leverage their career opportunities:

  • Soft skill classes such as: CV writing, interviewing skills, public speaking, presentation as decision making tool, networking, and more
  • Introducing headhunting services to guide through the employment seeking process
  • Lectures and meetings with business leaders and professionals who will share their first hand experiences
