But First… • You need to learn a bit about our Aboriginal heritage here in Canada and WHY animals were so sacred to the aboriginals before contact. • Float around the room, visiting the 4 stations previous students have created, and fill out your charts • I will divide you into ‘expert’ groups, you will get 10 minutes at the assigned station so work quickly! • Once you are finished, you can return to your home group and teach the others about your First Nations group
Research Continued: Culture quest • Now each of you will go to the library to conduct your own research on the Aboriginal culture you have been assigned; specifically their art work and culture • I have created sheet to help you find information and guide your research

Inuit Printmaking Transfer image onto block 4. Rub ink to transfer and slowly peel off paper 2. Carve out white Areas, following the Direction of forms. 3. Roll ink on with brayer. 5. Properly sign and number your prints.
