The project greatly reduced costs and significantly benefitted the company’s overall economy.

After adding the superheating steam section and cutting out the superheated steam furnace, the plant’s energy consumption was significantly reduced.

Plant used Qilu Engineering Company’s process package; creating a National rubber plant which was successfully built completely within schedule. At present this plant is operating at normal full load.

This plant takes common residue oils and uses a catalytic thermal cracking process to produce cracked naptha. This product is globally rare and can be used to produce aromatic products through hydrogenation procedures, a first of it’s kind

Using Coal Water Slurry and oxygen as feedstock, reactants are passed through a fluid bed reactor under high pressure and temperature and with no catalyst resulting in oxidation reactions producing CO and H2. The product is crude syngas . •  main products after completion: high-calorific, low sulfur, low ash high quality clean coal and clean coal chemicals such as methanol and other downstream products.
